During our Easter vacation, we stayed in a hotel with hot springs and it was amazing! The room had a spacious and clean bathroom with a large hot spring tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the surrounding shops and restaurants. The location was great, just a short walk from the MRT station, and there were many convenient stores nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room itself was quite small, which made it difficult to move around with our luggage. the breakfast area was a bit cramped and we had to wait for a table.

An a double bed was a bonus. Handy base for a weekend in Taipei! Location, a short walk to all attractions. The hotel met expectation...

there is a train station near the hotel. we liked having a private kitchen. a perfect place for exploring taipei. located within a walk to detention basin, which is about 700 feet away.

The room was clean, and the hot spring bathtub was a nice touch. The hotel was located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a decent variety of Chinese and Western options.

The check-in time was later than expected and there was no flexibility for earlier check-in. The view from the room was disappointing. The surrounding area had too many western fast-food options and nothing local was open after 8 pm.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.

Location of the hotel is quite isolated, require to walk a long distance to the hotel. Lack of wireless, but having a business center to use allows you to have internet access.

When we reached the hotel,I was a bit dissapointed coz it's looked small but when I checked into the room,I was surprise the room so big , I like the most is the bathroom as tub is 6 x 6 ft.We really enjoy soaking in tub.We booked 6 rooms and everybody is really enjoy

The staff and service were excellent. Free dessert room service at night. Upgraded to a bigger room. Big hotspring bath tub for two. Great location near stations.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breadfast is good. Hot spring is wonderful. There is a 7-eleven right opposite to hotel, perfect! Will come again and recommend to all friends. However, I found my room was upgraded at the time when I checked out, otherise the room was too small for us.

I was being charged for a full rate at the time of making reservaiton. It seems overided Booked.net policy. Hope it will have a good coomunication between then in the furture!

The staff is very polite and considerate. The room is pity large and clean as per this price. Highly recommend this hotel.

No free wifi in the room.

The hotel staff was exceptional, providing great service throughout my stay. The room was beautifully decorated, and the bathroom had a spacious tub for two. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food options, and there were daily fruits provided in the room.

All was perfect.

There is a seven-eleven store right opposite the hotel.

We booked a total of 3 rooms. Arrived hotel around 12noon. Was told by reception that the check in time is 5pm. Check out time the following day is 12noon. When asked if we can check in earlier, the staff said no and also could not give us a reasonable explanation why they dont allow early check in. When asked further why they need such a long time to prepare the room from a check out time at 12noon to 5 pm, I was apalled that another staff actually said "This is Taiwan you know". Very bad experience with this hotel. The staff and service we get at the seven-eleven store across the road is many times better than the service staff in the hotel. The hot spring bath is in the room toilet. For the money we pay, we might as well stay in a 5 star luxury hotel with bathtub.

The hot springs bath was very very good.

The breakfast was mediocre. Checkin times were not convenient. Key cards for the room needed to be returned on going out.

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Located in a quiet area, you can soak in a large hot spring tub with different temperature settings. The rooms have comfortable beds, tidy bathrooms with complete amenities and excellent packaging. You can also enjoy a good breakfast with a mix of Chinese and Western food choices. the hotel provides 9PM night snack courtesy for its guests.

The hotel is located uphill, which makes it a bit challenging to access if you have luggage.

Location - 10 mins walking distance from mrt station, easy to link other sight-seeing places in Beitou, 7-11 cross to the street. Breakfast - Buffet with various kinds of food. Well service

Price - too high in travelling season. The reasonable price should be twd$2800~3500/ night for deluxe room.
